Catering Outlets - Key Information for Traders
We are curating a small number of high-quality food and retail traders for two flagship summer events at Churcher’s College:
The Grand Summer Concert (ticketed, evening audience with fireworks finale) - Saturday 4 July 2026
Petersfield Community Fair (high-footfall daytime event) - Sunday 5 July 2026
Our focus is on well-presented, premium traders who enhance the overall guest experience.
To maintain quality and ensure strong trading conditions, please note the following:
External alcohol and bar providers are not permitted
Preference will be given to traders available for both event days
The number of pitches will be strictly limited per category to avoid over saturation
Traders must provide a professional, well-presented setup suitable for a premium public event
Access times, setup details, and site logistics will be shared upon acceptance
We are focused on creating a high-quality visitor experience, and all traders are selected with this in mind.
Audience & Footfall
Each event attracts a strong local and regional audience, with excellent dwell time and spending potential.
